Sergio Lara is an animator specialized in the stop-motion tecnique. He begins his professional career in Valencia, doing some publicity works with Pablo Llorens and the series ‘Clay Kids’, by Javier Tostado. From then on, he worked in several international projects, including ‘Anomalisa’ by Charlie Kaufman and Duke Johnson, and ‘Isle of Dogs’ by Wes Anderson, as well as ‘Under the Apple Tree’, ‘Henrietta Bulkowski’, ‘Scream Street’ or ‘El diario de Bita y Cora’.
MARIE DE BANVILLE
Marie de Banville is a writing director and screenwriter, for cartoon and fiction, for young and old alike. She is notably responsible for the adaptation of Timothée de Fombelle’s beautiful book, “Tobie Lolness” in 12×45 minutes, currently in production with France Télévisions. For the moment, it is the writing of feature films and the development of personal projects that are at the heart of his work.
María Manero is an independent filmmaker and animator. Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of the Basque Country and specialized in Traditional Animation from the University of the West of England and the Polytechnic University of Valencia, where she made her short film Patchwork that can still be watched at festivals. He currently works as a freelance for all kinds of creative content and teaches experimental amateur film and animation workshops. All this combined with the creation of their personal multidisciplinary projects, around cinema and the performing arts.
